1. Outward journey

The Mas-du-Clos track is situated here, in the département La Creuse, in the hamlet Les Puids, alongside the N 141 Limoges - Clermont-Ferrand, 12 km East of Aubusson. The département La Creuse belongs to the Limousin region.

The region is just beautiful and makes the trip before or after the track-event more than worth your while !

2. Arrival

a. Vehicles with a height of more than 2,75 m

Can only get into the paddock through a non-permanent access.

This can be done :
  • the evening before from 6.30PM until 7.30PM
  • the day of the event from 7.45AM until 8.15AM
Participants with a vehicle height of over 2,75 m that would arrive later can only get their vehicle in the paddock between noon and 2PM.

b. Vehicles with a height of less than 2,75 m

Can always get into the paddock from the evening before from 6.30PM (no final hour).

After a few houndred meters of small road, you can drive under the track to get to the paddock.

3. Administrative Formalities

These can be done the first track-day from 7.30AM

(to bring : ID-card & completed and signed regulations / waiver of liability)

    • hand over completed and signed regulations / waiver of liability
You better download, print, fill in and sign it at home and bring it to Mas du Clos. That way, you gain a lot of time on the spot.
    • receive bracelet & sticker with n° for motorcycle, both in the colour of your group

4. Lodging

You can find here all the information about the different lodging possibilities.

For those who will stay the night in the paddock :

  • keep in mind that there is only 1 shower (with a coin that you have to buy from the track owner in the paddock), and no electricity. They want to keep it that way to preserve the private character of the track. There are 7 lavatories and 4 washing stands
  • after the event, you can - if you want - stay the night at the track. The day after, we have to leave the parking before 7.30AM in a clean state

5. General Briefing

At about 8.45AM in the Pitlane. Through the speakers of the track, it will be heard through the whole paddock so you will not have to move.

6. Timeschedule

Will be displayed and/or communicated on the spot.

7. Tyre service

More information can be found here.

In the interest of a quick despatch of business and a minimal loss of time, the Bridgestone Tyre Service will give riority to those who will make an apointment on the spot (i.e. an hour beforehand) for their tyre change (approx. 15' per motorcycle).

That way, you will get an exact time for your tyre change and thus you can avoid waiting time or to have to miss a session.

9. Meals

  • Breakfast

In the paddock-building, there is a vending machine for warm drinks like coffee and chocolate.

At 3 km from the track, there is a bakery for fresh butter biscuits, croissants, etc. (from the track, direction Clermont-Ferrand, 3 km ahead on the right-hand side).

  • Dinner

In the paddock-building, there is also a vending machine with soft drinks.
Sandwiches can be ordered in the morning before 9.30AM at the desk.
  • Supper

Possibilities :

  • for those who stay in the paddock or have chosen for the camping : have a BBQ with friends or have supper in one of the cosy restaurants of Aubusson, situated at 10' from the track
  • for those who have chosen one of the fine chambres d'hôtes : have a meal there (table d'hôtes) and enjoy the cooking arts of the lady of the house
  • for those who will stay in a hotel : eat there or go to a restaurant
