• To be admitted to the paddock you must have a EU Digital COVID Certificate with you.
• This is in fact a QR code that will be scanned by the circuit staff, which you can show digitally (on your smartphone) or printed on paper.
• The EU Digital COVID Certificate Regulation entered into application on 01 July 2021.
• EU citizens and residents will now be able to have their Digital COVID Certificates issued and verified across the EU.

What is the EU Digital COVID Certificate?

An EU digital COVID Certificate is a digital proof that a person has either

• been vaccinated against COVID-19
• received a negative test result or
• reccovered from COVID-19

Key features of the certificate

• Digital and/or paper format
• With QR code
• Free of charge
• In national language and English
• Safe and secure
• Valid in all EU countries

How can citizens get the certificate?

• National authorities are in charge of issuing the certificate. It could, for example, be issued by test centres or health authorities, or directly via an eHealth portal. Information on how to get the certificate should be provided by the national health authorities. 
• The digital version can be stored on a mobile device. Citizens can also request a paper version. Both will have a QR code that contains essential information, as well as a digital signature to make sure the certificate is authentic.
• Member States have agreed on a common design that can be used for the electronic and paper versions to facilitate the recognition.

In the Paddock

• Mask = mandatory
• If you leave the site (e.g. to go to your hotel), you must go through the access procedure again the next day (i.e.: be able to present / show a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate via QR code at the entrance).

Accompanions / Visitors

• Are admitted, provided they can present an EU Digital COVID Certificate.
• They do NOT need to be communicated to us in advance.

NOISE LIMIT

The maximum sound that your car can produce while driving on the circuit (= under "dynamic conditions") is 102 dB.

Any street-legal sports car meets this limit.

Technical control

Before you enter the track, it is checked whether you have mounted your towing eye at the front (or possibly at the rear).

Tyre service

PETROL STATION

There is a gas station in the paddock.

You can only pay with credit card.

There is snack bar in the paddock, which opens at 11h30.

At the entrance to the track grounds, immediately on your right, there is a restaurant.

• 48 pitboxes of 48 m2 (12 x 4m) are available.
• The rental price of a pitbox is 190 € per day + 600 € caution.
• Payment has to be done directly - with credit card - to the responsible of the circuit in his office, accessible via the pitlane through the door underneath the podium.

In the paddock and in the boxes conventional as well as 3-pole (blue) EURO “Camping”-plugs can be used (= of the type “16 AMP two-pole”).

Showers

In the paddock, there are buildings with showers.

Toilets

There is a toilet in each pitbox.

There are also toilets in the paddock, in the buildings with the showers.

• It is forbidden to leave your worn tyres in the paddock
• Drilling or making holes in the ground is prohibited (for example, to secure your tent)
• No smoking in the boxes, the pitlane and along the circuit
• Children are not permitted to walk around the pitlane without being accompanied
• It is forbidden to bring animals to the entire race track area
• It is forbidden to make “Burnouts” under penalty of a fine of € 1.000 (imposed by the race track)

• Positive attitude, discipline, good fellowship, a fit body in a clear mindset

• With WHEELTORQUE, the Third Party Liability (TPL) insurance is included in your enrolment price since years;
• Some circuits require a license. The only reason for this is that there is a TPL insurance included in it;
• Because we provide for all participants - included in the price - such a TPL insurance, a license is not requested during our events and yet you are fully okay;
