  • (1) IMPORTANT: if an uneven number of participants chooses the shared twin-room option, it is possible that the last three registered participants who selected this formula will be accommodated in a triple room. If this is not possible, the last registered participant who chose this formula may be asked to upgrade to a single room. If this participant does not agree, he or she may still choose to cancel their participation.
